How we started
We started as a bunch of tech enthusiasts hell-bent on challenging the existing standards in the UHFT domain way back in 2016. Passions blended in a tiny stockroom office to develop our first product in the Spring of 2017. But we knew that was just the beginning. The benchmarks were going higher. It was like a daily grind to achieve perfection and get the best and maximum fill. Finally, after hundreds of feedback loops and sleepless nights, we launched our flagship product. Since the inception of Quantizer in 2019, our team has spent every single day with an agenda towards pinnacle excellence and to provide our users with the solid, stable platform they have always yearned for.
Our core engineering team is at the heart of operations which owns the architecture, implementation, and optimization of the trading platform and its infrastructure.
How it's going
Quantizer has developed a system and tool to access the market run, real-time trade support, capturing arbitrage directional opportunities and trading simulations. We offer an easy-to-use trading platform with ultra-low latency. Keeping high technical standards in our software requires us to focus on scale, technology, algorithms, speed, and math.

Experienced Leadership
ABHAY TEWARI, Founder and CEO
Abhay is from a Computer Science background and eats, sleeps, and breathes automated quant strategies. As a Columbia University NYC graduate, Abhay started his 14-year-long stint trading in the heart of the world's financial capital, New York City. He started his trading career as a Designated Options Market Maker in American Stock Exchange, trading complex options on equities. Within the next few years, Abhay moved to the New York Stock Exchange, where he was a market maker in warrants issued post the 2008 financial crisis and handled a book of long-dated options. Abhay has a depth of experience in trading derivatives on international exchanges like NYSE, ARCA, CBOE, CME, and ICE, as well as on NSE, BSE, and MCX exchanges. In 2016 Abhay founded Alphamine Trading, and in 2019 he founded Quantizer Research with Mr Naman Bagri, who has been his business partner/client since his early start-up days.
NAMAN BAGRI, Founder
Naman, an ISB graduate, is a serial entrepreneur who brings a wealth of management experience and trading acumen to Quantizer. He has more than 20 years of broking business experience and a strong presence in the NSE Algo/Automated trading domain. Naman was one of the pioneers at the forefront of adopting technology when NSE commenced automated trading and again when NSE switched to TBT data. He manages a strong team of over 250 traders and oversees the firm's risk management.

Kamal is the Executive Vice President of IT of Yotta Infrastructure and Chief Evangelist. He has over 25 years of experience in IT Leadership roles. He is known for his expertise in strategic Planning & Execution, Consulting, IT Infrastructure Management, Delivering large-scale projects, Networking & Security management, Cloud computing and Data centre management.
Kamal's domain knowledge in BFSI vertical, particularly for IT operation & IT Infrastructure, has been acknowledged for his exemplary contribution to enterprise IT and added more feathers to his cap with over 20 awards, including CIO100 Award, IDC Insight Award, ETCIO, DQ Digital Leader and CIO Power lists among others.

Advisor
Umesh is currently working with Julius Baer as Executive Director & Head-IT. He is an IIM-A Alumnus with over 18 years of experience in Information Technology enabled consulting, implementation and services on financial, real estate, manufacturing & supply chain domains in India & APAC regions.
He has experience in IT Business Operations, Infrastructure operations, MS Dynamics ERP, LIMS, HRIS & HRMS, including IT GRC & Security and Process Compliance.
Versatile in grasping the bigger picture, he is well experienced in partnering with CXOs on Business Analysis and IT Strategy and has played an active role in Organizations.
